At MARAIS, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and designer packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original designer boxes and place them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup through our logistics partner's website.
